RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is very important to me that you are 100% delighted with your jewelry. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, I will cheerfully accept your returns or exchange within 7 days of purchase for the total amount of the purchase price less shipping costs and any local taxes or currier handling cost.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
I do not accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
When returning an item, it must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact me to request a refund and arrange for a return. You are required to pay for the return shipping cost including any currier and customs duties if applicable. These will be either paid directly by you or will be deduced from the refund.
SHIPPING POLICIES
All jewelry is packed in a beautiful gift box. If you would like your order to be sent as a gift to an address that differs from your own or the billing address, and you would like to add a card, please contact me with the image/text you would like to include on the card, and I will be happy to include it.
Usually, I ship the items via DHL for no additional cost, meaning it should typically arrive quickly after purchase. You are responsible for any additional taxes or custom fees imposed by the laws of your country. Usually for US, EU, UK and Australia this include the local VAT / GST.
