Some countries such as US, EU, UK, Australia, New Zealand, charge VAT (or GST) tax for any imported item above a certain value. The tax level changes from one country (or state) to the other. DHL will contact you after the item was picked up with the customs duties details.

Payment is possible through PayPal and major credit cards. I support up to 3 installments. The item will be reserved for you on the first installment and will be shipped once all installments were received.

Phone number and e-mail address are mandatory for the currier so that they may contact you for any delivery notifications.

I usually dispatch the item within one working day after payment clearance. I use DHL for quick and trackable delivery. It usually takes 2 days to get to western Europe, and 5 days to the US and other major countries. Note that for custom orders or adjustments it may take few more days to prepare the item.

It is very important to me that you are completely delighted with your jewelry. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, I cheerfully accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase for the purchase price less shipping costs and local taxes or currier handling cost.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
